These centers will become centers for advanced training and retraining of veterans.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div the guidance of leading university teachers and mentors on the basis of six regional Centers of Competence and
